My New Year's experience was amazing in this hotel. the two outstanding facts offered by the hotel were the cleanliness of the rooms and the efficient room service. the hotel's key location made it convenient for us to visit tourist spots and restaurants. Lastly, the best aspect was the beautiful view from the hotel's rooftop.
The worst aspect during my stay was the unprofessional staff. The cashiers falsely added items to our bills, causing confusion while checking in and out.
